We were tasked with capturing the workplace culture of Australian start-up Catapult, as part of a recruitment drive to attract and employ new talent to the business.
With over 300 plus staff worldwide, Catapult works with sporting teams such as Brazil, Argentina, Real Madrid, Chelsea and the Australian Cricket Team to provide performance analytics that optimise performance, mitigate the risk of injury, and quantify the return to play. Since its humble inception in 2006, Catapult has become a category leader in elite sports technology.
Now rapidly entering a new growth phase, Artificial Studios interviewed employees from all parts of the business to reflect on their experience of Catapult as a dynamic and flexible workplace that values work life balance. The goal of the videography was to capture the positive energy of Catapult, as employers that value their staff’s career progression.
