PROJECT

Mamma’s Kitchen is a social enterprise based at the Clocktower Centre and is a program developed by the Moonee Valley City Council to:

  • Assist women of predominantly East African heritage to gain experience in commercial cookery to support them in creating their own entrepreneurial programs or goals

  • Feed the community affected by the lockdown of the towers in Flemington and Ascot Vale during the COVID-19 period.

DELIVERABLES

  • Corporate promo video featured interviews with Executive Chef, Harris Ryan and three participants. Video overlays footage of food preparation in the kitchen, delivery to Flemington Housing Estate and the delivery vehicles. 

  • Candid photographs showing food preparation and interaction between participants.

  • A fun and quirky video for social media.
